Tax Forms

Vermont is no longer distributing tax forms to libraries.

VT tax forms can be downloaded HERE.

You can request forms by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling 802-828-2515. If leaving a message, be sure to included your mailing address, form numbers and quantities needed.

Federal tax forms can be downloaded HERE.

Any and all tax forms and other documents needed for the completion of your taxes may be printed at the library free of charge.
